20 Ultimate Fragment

A Tier 6 roll always gives a Tier 6 skin you do not own yet, so once you own one of the 3, the next Tier 6 roll is one of the other 2. Equipped, it plays its own cutscene every 40 to 60 minutes, and each one drops a frame currency, up to 5 a day.

Synthesis

• 3 Tier 5 skins give a 15.0% chance at a random Tier 6 skin, one of 3.
• 3 Tier 6 skins always give a Tier 6 skin you do not own yet.
